Distance is a different talent.
A full-distance triathlon plan that listens. Tell it how a session felt, that your calf is tight, or that your week just fell apart, and it reshapes the days ahead, explaining every change it makes.
How it works
A five-minute briefing
Pick your race and tell us where you are today, from your swim pace to the hours you really have. You'll get an honest read on how ready you are, and a season built to match.
A plan that adapts
Twenty seconds of feedback after each session. A tap in the morning. It notices when you're tired, hurting or short on time, and reshapes the days ahead.
A race day you've rehearsed
Pacing, fuelling, transitions and gear all get practised in training, so nothing on the day is new.
Everything between sign-up and the finish line.
Every workout explained
What to do, at what pace or power, and why it matters for your race.
“Something's wrong” button
Injured, ill or travelling? The plan works around it, and tells you when to see a professional.
Fuelling you can train
Carbs, fluid and sodium for every long session, built up week by week toward race day.
Race-day planning
A predicted finish, your margin to every cut-off, and a race-week plan hour by hour.
Gear that's race-tested
Shoe mileage, bike service and a check that everything you race in has been tested.
Works with what you have
Compatible with Strava, file upload from any device, and your plan in your calendar.
Questions
I've never done a triathlon. Is this for me?
Yes. It's built for first and second full-distance races. If your timeline is tight, the briefing will tell you honestly.
How many hours a week do I need?
Most first-timers finish comfortably on 8–12 hours a week, peaking a little higher in the final months. The briefing shows exactly what your plan asks of you before you commit.
Do I need a power meter or a smartwatch?
No. Every session has pace, heart-rate and feel-based targets, so you can train by whichever you have.
What does it cost?
Nothing during early access. If paid plans arrive later, you'll hear from us well before anything changes.
