Who we are
Stayer is run by Nikola Stamatovic, Belgrade, Serbia. Email contact@getstayer.com. We answer within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What we collect
- Your answers to the health check, if you choose to give them.
- Injuries and illness you report, with where it hurts and how badly.
- Morning check-ins: how you slept, how your legs feel and whether anything hurts.
- How hard sessions felt.
- Your body weight, if you give it in the briefing.
- Heart rate and other data in workout files you upload.
All of it comes from you: what you type into the app and the files you upload. We don't buy health data or collect it from anyone else.
Why we collect it
Only to decide what your plan asks of you: to keep sessions safe, change them when something hurts or you're ill, and set your training zones and fuel targets. We don't use it for advertising or to profile you.
We ask for your consent before the health check, and you can skip it. Everything else on the list is something you choose to tell us so the plan can respond to it.
Who else receives it
We don't sell health data and we don't share it with anyone for their own use. Two companies process it for us under contracts that only let them run Stayer:
| Company | What they do |
|---|---|
| Neon | Stores your account and training data |
| Vercel | Runs the site that shows it to you |
We have no affiliates that receive it. If that ever changes, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first.
Your rights
- See what health data we hold and download it, from Settings.
- Withdraw consent for the health check by clearing your answers in Settings. They're deleted straight away.
- Delete your account and everything in it, from Settings.
- Ask us which companies have received your health data, by email to contact@getstayer.com.
Can't sign in, or want us to do it for you? Email contact@getstayer.com from the address on your account. We'll answer within 45 days. If we turn down a request, you can appeal by replying with "Appeal" in the subject. We'll answer the appeal within 45 days, and if you're still unhappy you can complain to your state's attorney general. In Washington, that's at atg.wa.gov.
Changes
If we change how we use health data, we'll update this page and ask for your consent before using it in a new way.
