Questions
- Do I need a card for the trial?
- No. You get Pro for 7 days when you sign up, and nothing is charged when it ends. We email you three days before.
- What happens if I stop paying?
- You keep your plan, your history and everything you've logged. The plan just stops changing itself, and the Pro pages lock until you come back.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, in two clicks from Your plan, any time. You keep Pro to the end of what you've paid for. Within 14 days of paying, we refund you in full, whatever the reason.
- What is the Race Pass?
- One payment for six months of Pro: one training block and the recovery after it. It never renews, so there's nothing to cancel.
- Who takes the payment?
- Polar, our payment provider. They're the seller on your receipt and handle the sales tax or VAT for your country.
- I'm injured. Do I have to pay for the plan to change?
- No. Telling us you're hurt or ill always changes the plan, on Free too.
